My Digestive System
Today we learned about the digestive system. I also explained to Noo what Hirschprungs Disease disease is and what they removed during his surgeries. After going through the basic functions of the oesophagus, stomach, small and large intestines, he got to build a digestive system puzzle, which he thoroughly enjoyed.
Noo had 99 % of his colon removed when he was 19 days old, he only has 5cm of colon left to act as a rectum.
Doing a “Teach Your Child to Read in 100 Easy Lessons” Lesson. His reading is improving every day and I’m thrilled with his progress.
