Koko has officially started the Teach Your Child to Read in 100 Easy Lessons programme. From next week, we will be incorporating the Letter of the Week Curriculum, the Raising Rock Star Preschool as well as the You Can Read programme into his daily schedule. He is LOVING the reading lessons and can’t wait to tell Daddy when he gets home that he is learning to read.
We are still focussing allot of our time on numbers. This week we went through numbers 1 – 6 again, he has these down pat.

Available from the 1+1+1=1 Members Only site above. Thanks Carisa, LOL.
Writing his numbers on the worksheet I made for him on ESL Writing.

Number worksheets from TLS Books.

This was the last week of our Princess theme with Fifi. She has really been enjoying this theme.
Her current favourite activity. We don’t have dot paints, so we use stickers (Thanks for the idea Mick)

Sorting, she does this activity on her own, with no help from me.

Sensory play, our colour of the week was Pink.

Cutting. She is now banned from it, she decided her pants needed to be cut, the second I looked away *sigh*

The mess from the cutting and the sensory play, LOL.

Getting ready for her bible time with Momma with her First Bible Stories for Girls

Colouring in the “Colour the Princess” book from the Princess Tot Book at 1+1+1=1. She hurt her fingers that morning and had a tough time holding onto the pencil.

Princess Counting from the Princess Tot Book at 1+1+1=1.

Princess matching again. This is one of her favourites.

We got this really cool Melissa & Doug Deluxe Wooden Doorbell House from the Toddlers Warehouse stand at the Future Ed Expo last Friday. She loves it.

Sensory bin time! They each got a box of their choice, Fifi got the pink box and Koko got the red one.

Momma’s Favourites
“Picnic time” It is way to cold for them to have their morning snack outside and Koko so wanted to have a pinic, so I put a blanket down on the floor in the living room and they sat there watching “The Wind and the Willows”. It was great fun π
